If you wish to cancel your attendance you must notify us in writing. Up to 60 days before the conference a full refund will be provided. From 60 days to 30 days 50% will be returned. From 30 days before the conference no refund will be provided. You may substitute delegates at any point.
1LoD events are run under Chatham House Rule and are off the record. Any quotes from speakers or delegates cannot be linked back to an individual. To encourage discussion, events are closed to the press.
