Rafik Ishani

Rafik leads our Operational Resilience Assurance practice in the UK. He spends the majority of his time briefing boards on the regulations, assisting clients with gap analyses against the regulations, providing expertise to programmes with their rollouts and designing platforms to help with rolling out the regulation and business as usual governance. He also spends a material amount of time internally heading up our Learning and Performance and Development functions for Assurance in the UK. Rafik’s background is based upon risk and control projects, both over operations and technology and has historically led the UK team for Service Auditor Reporting.
