Jacqueline Joyston-Bechal

Jacqueline is the Head of the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk Legal Entity Program Framework, responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of regional frameworks with a particular emphasis on legal entity, Data Management, ESG and Conduct. Jacqueline has over 27 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Global Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer for BNY Mellon in New York. Prior to that, Jacqueline was at the Bank of England as General Counsel for Markets and Banking, and at Clifford Chance in Finance. Jacqueline is also a qualified and registered solicitor in England and Wales.
