David Strachan is a Partner at Deloitte and leads its EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy. He and his team focus on the impact of emerging financial services regulation and supervisory initiatives on firms’ strategies, business models and legal entity structures. Before joining Deloitte in 2011 David worked at the Bank of England (1985-1998) and then at the UK’s Financial Services Authority, latterly as Director of Financial Stability.
