Adam Cahill

Adam is the lead for Global Banking & Markets – Public Compliance in Salt Lake City and global head of Global Banking & Markets – Public Compliance Monitoring and Surveillance. He is also a managing director ally of the LGBTQ+ Network. Previously, Adam was head of US Equities Compliance and co-head of the Electronic Trading Compliance team. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for compliance coverage of Equity Sales and Trading and GSEC. Adam joined Goldman Sachs as a vice president in 2003 and was named managing director in 2017.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a vice president in compliance surveillance at Credit Suisse, a vice president in compliance at Salomon Smith Barney, and an examiner for FINRA.

Adam earned a BS in Human Resources from Rowan College of New Jersey in 1995 and a MBA from the University of Maryland in 2006.
