1LoD’s 2024 Surveillance Benchmarking Survey & Report found that there was widespread dissatisfaction with legacy technology across trade, e-communications and voice. But the number of institutions, both large and small, who anticipate buying technologies to support their voice surveillance efforts over the next three years was striking.
