As a financial services practitioner, Ted MacDonald held senior roles in business origination, risk management, board-level governance, and more recently, regulation at the FCA where he led the 5 Conduct Questions programme.  At the FMSB he supports the conduct and ethics workstream and recent publications include The 3 Lines Model, Conduct & Culture MI and, most recently, Front Office Supervision of Wholesale Trading.  With an interest in personal development, he maintains strong links with the Leader Character Programme at Ivey Business School and teaches character development for undergraduate students at the University of Oxford Medical School.
