Steven Schluter is an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Legal and Compliance Division and the Global Head of Surveillance Strategy, he is also the Interim Head of Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Monitoring and Screening. Steve and his teams develop,  maintain, and govern the controls supporting second-line monitoring, as well as lead strategic initiatives to support the transformation of Compliance's global surveillance program, and GFC's transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, negative news screening, and customer risk rating programs.
