Stephen holds the position of Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he currently leads the Global Data & Digital Labs in Compliance, based in London. His journey with Credit Suisse began in March 2014, building on a successful tenure as the Head of Data Management & Innovation at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Prior to this, Stephen garnered extensive experience in senior consulting and risk advisory roles at esteemed firms such as Deloitte and PwC, spanning various countries and years, solidifying his expertise in the financial industry.

Stephen's career journey has been enriched by a diverse array of international exposures, providing him with a profound understanding of various cultural and organizational landscapes. He is a Certified Enterprise Architect, a Chartered Engineer (CEng), and proudly holds the distinguished title of Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). His academic foundation includes a degree in Computer Engineering from McMaster University (Canada) and an MBA from Nanyang Business School (Singapore).

In addition to his contributions in the financial sector, Stephen extends his expertise as an advisor to MetaMinding Lab (MML), a pioneering Hong Kong-based start-up dedicated to constructing a metaverse marketing platform.
