Natalie McManus-Barnett

Natalie is global Chief of Staff for Citi’s Institutional Clients Group Compliance function. In this role, Natalie also leads Citi’s global Sustainable Finance Compliance Strategy. She has written several white papers on the impact of ESG on compliance risk management and manages a team responsible for managing ICG-related compliance emerging risks. She is formerly the head of Citi’s EMEA and NAM Research Compliance teams, and has experience building compliance monitoring programs and risk assessment frameworks. Natalie started her career at the Financial Services Authority before joining Citi in 2013. Natalie is a Fellow of the ACCA, and recently completed her Graduate Diploma in Law. She holds further degrees in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (University of Oxford) and in Applied Accounting (Oxford Brookes University).
