Meg Zucker has more than twenty-five years of Anti-Money Laundering, ABAC and Economic Sanctions experience. Currently the VP and Head of U.S. AML Advisory & Financial Crime overseeing the BSA AML programs across the consolidated U.S. entities, Meg first joined RBC Capital Markets in April 2014 as its Global Capital Markets AML Head.

Prior to RBC, Meg joined PIMCO in September 2011 as its global AML, anti-corruption and economic sanctions officer and was the primary AML liaison for the Firm's office in Brazil. Prior to joining PIMCO, Meg was an AML senior manager and counsel for Morgan Stanley for over 13 years. During her tenure, Meg headed the Firm’s AML program for its institutional and wealth management businesses and was the primary implementer for all USA PATRIOT programs as well as Morgan Stanley’s Enterprise OFAC program. Before her time at Morgan Stanley, Meg worked in AML & Compliance at Barclays Capital and at Goldman Sachs. Meg was a private industry contributor to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Guidance for the Securities Sector issued in the Fall of 2018 and a prior co-chair of SIFMA’s AML Committee. In addition to Meg’s professional role, she is the President and Founder of Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It (, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit that works in collaboration with Scholastic Inc. to provide empathy/Social Emotional Learning in schools across the U.S. as well as provides other Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs to Universities, Fortune 500 companies and underserved communities. Meg’s book, Born Extraordinary: Empowering Children with Differences and Disabilities was published by Penguin Random House in March 2023.

Meg received her JD from NYU School of Law, her BA in History from University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a member of the NY Bar and has her Series 7, 63 and 24 FINRA registrations.
