Jeffrey Hogan

Mr Hogan is engaged in ongoing dialogue with governmental and regulatory bodies globally as well as with partners and clients on strategic corporate projects. Mr Hogan joined BGC at its 2004 inception after nineteen years at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York and London when he managed several derivative and cash brokerage units, was MD of eCommerce, and was involved in the creation and evolution of Cantor’s electronic trading platform businesses including eSpeed. Since joining BGC, Mr Hogan was group lead for Dodd-Frank and MiFID II, involved in multiple electronic trading and data initiatives at Fenics, and most recently is co-ordinating the group’s involvement in digital asets.

Based in London, Mr Hogan is a board member of BGC Derivative Markets and GFI Swap Exchange, has served on the executive boards of EVIA, EDMA and WMBAA, and represents BGC on numerous ISDA, ICMA and AFME industry committees.
