Janet Wood is Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Bank of America with over 25 years of legal experience in the derivatives market. Within her role, she is responsible for the EMEA Legal team supporting the fixed income business: rates, foreign exchange, repo, futures and OTC clearing together with associated regulatory initiatives and market events (EMIR, MIFID II, Brexit, counterparty defaults, BRRD, benchmark/LIBOR reform).
