Rimma Teper is the Senior Director of Behavioural Science at RBC Internal Audit where she leads the Behavioural Science and Risk Culture practice. Rimma Teper has a PhD in social psychology from the University of Toronto, where she continues to teach and conducted post-doctoral work at the Rotman School of Management and Yale University. Prior to joining RBC she led behavioural science research at various consulting firms.
