Christopher Scarpati the Lead US Capital Markets Advisory Partner for PwC and has over 25 years of financial services industry consulting experience. Chris’s focus is on helping capital markets institutions adapt to business and regulatory driven change and comply with global financial markets regulation. Christopher is a senior leader with deep experience helping sell side market participants design, plan, execute, and manage complex business transformation.

Serving tier 1 G-SIBs, Christopher has worked extensively across the Capital Markets globally leading both large and small scale multi-disciplinary transformational initiatives from initial vision and strategy design through execution. Christopher's focus is in front and middle office sales and trading operations, risk management and technology with deep experience in trading lifecycle management for OTC, Cleared and Listed Derivatives.

Christopher’s knowledge base and experience ranges from broad based product knowledge (particularly in fixed income and prime brokerage), broker / dealer / bank operations, management of global regulatory change initiatives, sales and trading conduct and culture (Chris has led or co-led several regulator required assessments of conduct risk policies and internal controls mandated by the recent FX Consent Orders), 1LOD control design, FX Global Code, and compliance, and market risk management.
