In his current role, Brian is responsible for oversight of all 1st-line-of-defense business operations and the implementation of Global Markets strategies.  This includes the design and development of new business initiatives and the daily surveillance of well-functioning processes, across the platform. He also has direct oversight of 1LOD risk and control functions, along with change management in the Global Markets businesses. 

Previously at MUFG, Brian held the roles of Business Unite Risk & Controls Officer for Global Markets and served in a leadership role within MUFG’s Internal Audit department.  Prior to joining MUFG, Brian served in various capacities within the Internal Audit Departments of Nomura Holding America, Natixis, and Newedge. 

Brian received a BA in History from the Pennsylvania State University.
