Bari Koss

Bari Koss is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and serves as Americas Head of Institutional Securities and Investment Management Financial Crimes Advisory and Global Head of KYC Advisory. Bari joined Morgan Stanley in 2011 and has held senior roles within Global Financial Crimes, including Americas AML Counsel and Head of Wealth Management Investigations. Bari began her career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Borough of Brooklyn, prosecuting violent felony crimes.  She earned a juris doctor degree from St. John’s University, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College. She resides in New York City with her husband and two children.
