Sneha Bagri

Sneha Bagri is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of OTC Global Holdings, the largest independent inter-dealer of commodities in North America and Europe.  In her role, Ms. Bagri oversees all of OTCGH's compliance and regulatory dealings, including four NFA-registered IBs globally.

With 18 years of experience in the futures industry, Ms. Bagri has been managing the compliance program at OTCGH since 2015. Prior to this, Ms. Bagri was at Goldman Sachs for close to nine years in a futures operations role. During this time, she led multiple risk review initiatives and implemented various process and control enhancements.  She was also involved in several projects including the Dodd-Frank conversion of OTC swaps to cleared futures.

Ms. Bagri holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University and works out of OTC Global Holdings’ headquarters in Houston, TX.
