Shelly Goodwin is the Compliance Director for Refining & Products Trading, Global Crude and Shipping. She oversees bp’s internal surveillance program for refining and product trading.
Shelly has over 25 years of compliance, trading and regulatory experience including leadership positions in Market Regulation at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Office of Investigations and Audits at the Chicago Board of Trade.
