Satya Ravi is the Head of Internal Audit for SG Americas since 1Q2019 having previously held the role of the Deputy Head of Internal Audit for SG Americas since January 2017. As part of both these roles, she has played a pivotal role in the transformation of the Americas audit function which included the implementation of numerous strategic initiatives and improvements, with the primary objective of enhancing the stature and the value added by the Audit function. Before SG, she worked for Bank of America where she led the global CFO Audit team responsible for audits of areas including Financial, Regulatory and Capital Reporting, Enterprise BASEL and Capital Management, Balance Sheet and Interest Rate Risk Management for over 3 years. Prior to Bank of America, Satya worked for HSBC for over 9 years in multiple roles including the Chief Auditor for HSBC Finance Corporation and Head of Professional Practices for the Americas. She also has public accounting experience having worked on both the audit and advisory side at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Satya is a MBA and a licensed CPA.
