Phil Fry

Phil has over thirty six years’ experience within Financial Services Industry. Twenty years at Deutsche Bank heading up Global Voice Engineering, where he drove and implemented leading edge solutions, and developed Regulatory and Compliance tools and automated assurance capabilities for the Comms environment. Phil now leads the Financial Compliance strategy for Verint, and is focused on, aligning, and improving the data completeness, integrity, and flow through from capture to analysis across all communications modalities. Introducing a Risk based approach to the environment based around the concept of Human Compliance.
