Paul Denton

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Paul spent 3 years working in the Market Surveillance team within Secondary Market Oversight at the FCA, supervising the market abuse surveillance undertaken by market participants, and conducting specialist supervision of the Suspicious Transaction and Order Report regime.

Paul also spent 20 years in wholesale markets, in a range of roles including Fixed Income Treasury Sales, and Head of UK Agency Gilts for an inter-dealer broker. Whilst broking, Paul was responsible for successfully launching electronic auction trading platforms, trading fixed income products.
