Nicholas Woods

Nick brings significant experience across the first and third lines of defence. Prior to joining NatWest earlier this year, Nick was Chief Controls Officer at Nationwide, leading the transformation of the first line controls capability across the firm.  In previous roles across Barclays, UBS and Northern Trust, Nick has led audit teams across key functions, businesses and geographies, as well as heading first line assurance and governance functions.
