Martin Godfried is the first to head of the Market Surveillance and Conduct department at the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators. Previously he worked at Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission, the Dutch energy regulator and competition authority and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
