Mandy is a Managing Director, COO Legal & Compliance, Risk and Operations for Citadel Securities. Prior to joining Citadel Securities, Mandy was the Managing Director and Global Head of Risk Management for Fixed Income & Commodities at Morgan Stanley. Mandy joined Morgan Stanley in 2007, in the Global Capital Markets division, based in London. She first worked in the Equity Capital Markets team, and from 2011 until 2013, she ran the Capital Markets Structuring Team in GCM EMEA for both debt and equity products. From 2013 until the beginning of 2017, Mandy was Chief Operating Officer for Global Capital Markets in EMEA, and Chief Risk Officer for GCM International, covering EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Japan. In her current role, Mandy sits on the global operating committee and the global management committee for the Fixed Income Division, and on a number of cross-divisional, governance-related committees in the Firm. In addition, she is an Executive Director on the Board of Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited, Morgan Stanley's regulated bank in the UK. Mandy is an active participant in industry-wide organizations in the European market, including initiatives to establish industry standards. She is the Chair of the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA), a role to which she was elected in May 2018. She is also a member of the Conduct and Ethics Committee of the FIC Market Standards Board (FMSB). Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mandy was a US corporate and securities lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP in London. Mandy holds a BA degree from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
