Lynn serves as an Agreement Cloud Strategy Practice lead at DocuSign. Lynn is a subject matter expert for DocuSign’s Financial Services offerings with a particular focus in the area of IBOR cessation. She has been a speaker in numerous webinars addressing the IBOR transition using Artificial Intelligence. In addition to IBOR related matters, Lynn has served as project manager for large corporate and banking clients to structure and integrate contract review using artificial intelligence for regulatory compliance and acquisition needs.
Prior to joining Seal, Lynn practiced law for over 20 years and was partner in banking practice of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy, now known as Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. In her practice she concentrated her legal career in serving the financial services industry. Her experience includes representation of financial institutions in regulatory compliance, public and private placement offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, including drafting offering memorandum and completing all SEC and financial institution regulatory filings. Additionally, Lynn represented SEC reporting companies in preparation of SEC filings including quarterly reports and proxy statements. Outside of the financial services area, Lynn has extensive experience with respect to general corporate transactions and corporate governance and negotiating a wide range of contracts.
