Hana Searson

Hana is Global Head of Culture Change for Citi and leads an initiative focused on shaping and sustaining behavioural change as part of our cultural transformation. She joined Citi in 2018 and previously held the role of Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity for EMEA. Before Citi, she was leading the talent, succession and leadership development strategy for Barclays as Group Head of Talent and Executive Development, where she spent nearly 9 years. Prior to this, Hana spent time consulting on Talent and Leadership for various financial services organisations as Head of Talent at leadership consultancy Inspirational Development Group, and 11 years at Thomson Reuters.

Hana is an Organizational Psychologist and certified coach and holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Leicester, a Masters of Philosophy in Gender and Women's Studies from Trinity College, Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and an MSc. in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Hana has lived or worked in Kuwait, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland and the US and is married with two children.
