Graham Kent

Graham is the Deputy Group Chief Compliance Officer of Deutsche Bank, and has over 25 years of experience operating in Legal, Compliance and business risk management roles. He has held numerous global, regional, business line and central senior leadership roles within Compliance and Legal covering the full range of the bank’s businesses during which he gained significant transactional, controls, conflict management, regulatory enforcement, investigations and litigation experience.  Graham also regularly leads the design, execution and delivery of large-scale multi-year remediation, transformation and evolution programmes. Graham joined the bank from Clifford Chance, where he had been an M&A and Capital Markets attorney, and also previously worked for the United Nations in Iraq.
