Gavin Brown

Global Head Managing Director Resilience for Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) based in the UK.  I joined the Bank in 2012 after seventeen years in the British Army.   I am the Accountable Executive for the implementation of the UK Financial Sector’s new Operational Resilience Regulations. My additional accountabilities include Global Risk Owner for Client Service Resilience, Continuity in Resolution and Cyber Response and Recovery.  I am married to Laura and have 2 daughters Emma and Maddison. I'm passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the firm and through other charitable initiatives.
